How are online sessions conducted?

Sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Students receive the access link upon registration. Each session is one-on-one with the teacher to ensure the highest level of interaction and follow-up.

What is the duration of each session?

Each session is 30 minutes in most plans, with 40-minute session plans available for students who prefer a longer learning time.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' prior notice before the scheduled time. Please contact your teacher or the support team via WhatsApp.

What does a student need to get started?

A student needs: a computer or smartphone, a stable internet connection, headphones for clear audio, and a Mushaf or Quran app. No prior knowledge is required for beginners.

Can I enroll in more than one program at the same time?

Yes, you can combine two programs simultaneously, such as Hifz with Tajweed. Our team will schedule sessions to suit the student without any conflicts.

How is the student's progress evaluated?

Students receive a weekly report and regular follow-up from the teacher. Periodic review sessions are also held to measure progress and ensure retention.

Are the teachers certified?

All our teachers hold an Ijazah in the Holy Quran with a connected chain of transmission to the Prophet ﷺ, and have over 5 years of experience in online teaching.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payment via: bank transfer, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, and local electronic payment services. Payment is monthly with the option of quarterly subscriptions for a discount.

Is there a free assessment before enrollment?

Yes, we provide a free assessment session for every new student to determine their level and guide them to the appropriate program. It can be booked via WhatsApp or the contact form on the website.

Can you teach children?

Absolutely! We have teachers who specialize in teaching children using interactive and enjoyable methods suited to their age. Our youngest students are 5 years old.

What happens if the teacher is absent?

If a teacher is absent, the student is notified in advance and the session is compensated at the earliest opportunity, or a qualified substitute teacher is sent at the student's preference.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can stop your subscription at the end of the current monthly cycle at any time. We are fully transparent and there are no hidden cancellation fees.
